Dave Sinclair Buick/GMC’s body shop will be the only place I’ll ever go again for body work. They were responsive, kept me up to date on their progress, and finished my car faster than expected. Their work was awesome, and they detailed my car when it was done. I was beyond pleased with my experience.

There are a couple things that I am not happy with! I will however say that the customer service was good and Eric was wonderful! Now to get to the actual work that was done to my vehicle, my car was hit while it was parked so at no fault of my own and there was a significant dent in my bumper and a crack as well. Instead of replacing my bumper the body shop decided to repair it which left the crack to be filled and buffed out and you can still see the crack as well as the buff marks that appear to look like scratches in my bumper. This is not how my vehicle looked before being hit and it now has a report of an accident and was subpar fixed that takes the value of my car down! I am not happy whatsoever also upon pickup I was missing my front license plate which also shows you how their attention to details are at this shop. I was called two days later and after review of the cameras they said you did come in with a license plate which I already knew and they then found it in their washing bay. Grateful that they found it however you did not see that it was not on there before calling me for pickup or see the blemish on the bumper either clearly. They make their money and they are done with you. Will never buy a vehicle or go back for repairs if this is how they treat their clients.

Everyone is very accommodating and Enterprise is directly across the street. That was very convenient for handling the rental car. Dave Sinclair took care of everything. It was so easy, I was waiting for the "catch", but there wasn't any. Definitely coming back
