Quality of the body repair of my car was excellent. It looks beautiful. No signs of the damage that it came with into the body shop 10 days earlier. The employees were so informative and kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs. They always had a smile on their face and happy atmosphere. Additionally the shop was immaculate. I frequently received calls letting me know the status of parts needed to repair my car. However, one week I was told the car would be ready and would be called the day before to let me know. I did not receive a call whether it was ready or not. The next day I received a call from the car rental agency telling me I had to bring the rental car back. I then had to call the insurance company to find out what was occurring. this was the only problem I had
