Even though I've commented on the issues I've experienced during this visit I still would go back and do recommend Dave Sinclair Buick GMC to friends and family and have done so since this service was performed.

The service was good and everyone was very nice. Although there were some issues. When I came to pick up my vehicle I asked to see it before I signed off on the paperwork. I found what appeared to be a scratch on the passenger door window frame. I had someone from the front office come out with me to look it over and she found it was residue left from when they taped the area for painting. She cleaned it off and I went on my way. After I left I found grease marks on the dash between the driver's door and the steering wheel. I found some type of white residue on the edges of the door that doesn't want to wipe off easily. I've also found out the memory buttons for driver 1 and 2 do not work. The seat will move when the car is unlocked and the driver door is opened but if you want to change between memory 1 and 2 the buttons no longer respond. I also tried to reprogram them thinking maybe the memory was wiped during the work being done. That doesn't respond either. The program button does beep but buttons 1 & 2 seem as if they have been disconnected. While these are not major issues they are rather annoying. Now I have to bring the car back in for service.

Brian was excellent! I appreciate him letting me know what was covered by my insurance since I was not aware ahead of time.

My Experience

Poor communication. I had set appointments but staff didn't appear to have me on the schedule for the spray in bed liner or the paint flaw repair
