The service I received from liberty Mutual was horrible. I could not get ahold of my adjuster. I went 6 weeks without a rental and an additional 6 weeks without my vehicle when it was in one of their preferred shops. The respect I received was nonexistent. I called the adjusters manager and never received a call back. When I discussed getting the rental, the adjusters was extremely rude and unkind. I will never recommend liberty Mutual to anyone and I will never be apart of this company. I am very disappointed in the customer service.

There was a couple small spots that still had a ding from the hail that was either overlooked or wasn't able to get out. I did not say anything as I was ill that day. Overall they did a great job.
