They painted my door but left a lot of residue on the whole car and scratched the area below the door. I brought my car back but some residue still sticked on (I had to clean it carefully for hours) and the scratch was not fixed completely, still a small spot. I did not bother to take my car back because I cannot trust my car with the collision shop anymore. They did not do a good job protecting my car or painting

Did not return calls. I asked a question after repair received no response. Bottom panel on truck painted black metallic Instead of black. To fix they want to remove whole bumper instead of just removing the plastic part and repainting

Live quite a distance from repair shop. If accident would have happened closer to home obviously would have used different one.

I’ve had to return twice to get things fixed that weren’t done properly the first time.

Multiple times when I was reassured I would get a call back I did not get called back within 24+hours and needed to call back myself. Was treated with disdain and was given multiple timelines that didn’t happen as promised. delays due to weather etc. is understandable but when I’m told they’re running the last test that takes 22 hours and then I call back inn24 hours and am told they’re running need till the end of that day is unreal.
