The pick up date of my vehicle was changed and pushed back 5 separate times. I was told by Dave Smith Ford body shop that the original estimate was not accurate and things kept popping up that needed to be fixed, this is the reason I was given as an explanation as to why my pick up date keeps getting pushed back. As a result of Dave Smith Ford auto body shop keeping my vehicle for a period of 88 days I was forced to pay over 6,000$ in rental costs. I am extremely displeased with my insurance company and lack of guidance they provided to me their customer, and I am very displeased with Dave Smith Ford. I would not recommend this auto body shop to anyone.
