Justin did a fantastic job with facilitating the repair and communicating with my insurance company. They tried to total my car but Justin was on the phone ASAP to reassure my insurance that my car was repairable. Justin saved me a huge headache and I am so happy with my car. I was promised a call at the end of the day to verify it was completed. Never received the call. Figured they ran into trouble. When I went the next day I found out it was completed the day before.
