Absolutely. The car was not even two months old when it was keyed. I was stunned. You (reps at NYCM) and Dave Ure's reps were again, empathetic, kind, friendly. . . it helped soothe my soul! As opposed to the Sherriff who asked, "are you sure you didn't do this yourself?!" Aargh.
