Mindy was fantastic! She inspected my car in the rain the day of my accident; promptly communicating the estimate to the insurance company, and giving me an honest assessment of timing (including the availability of a loaner). Then, when she found additional items that had to be ordered to complete the repair, she communicated this to me immediately and also worked everything out with the insurance company. Very happy!!
