Todd (I hope I got that right) did an excellent job coordinating with USAA so that I really had nothing to do. The estimate for the repairs was reasonable. The car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor and the work was completed in less time than originally promised. Well done. The reception staff was also very kind and helpful with the process.
