Melissa and Ron were the absolute dream team. They always answered the phone, emails and concerns. I am Wow’d by them. I had a 2026 Acura MDX and it was such an unfortunate situation that I had an accident that was not my fault in my brand new car with 5,000 miles. They made this awful situation be so much less painful. They held my insurance accountable. Ron put my car on the lift early and sent additional photos. Melissa called my adjustor. Yet another reason I use Park place. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Ron and Melissa for helping me.

Ron Fazio is the best. I also like how Park Place deals with insurance claims and is able to be competitive on IEM parts which makes the claims process so much easier.

PHONE CALLS ARE NOT RETURNED, text messages are returned eventually. My front & back dash cameras were disabled while in Lexus possession. When I took possession of my car I noticed a ding on the right side of my car that I am positive was not there when my car was dropped off. I pointed it out to my service advisor Gary. He said no problem let him know when I could bring it back in & he would have the dent repair person meet me at their collision center to repair. I called Gary approximately 1 week later asking if I could possibly bring it in on the following Weds preferably after 12 noon & he never responded. Still waiting. Not happy at all with Gary. I want it fixed & now I’m not happy to have to travel back to Plano after this much time has passed. Have a supervisor contact me please. If I am unable to answer please leave contact info for me to follow up.
