Heike gets a 10+ great communication and customer service. The body shop for the most part did awesome, however, there is a piece a rubber molding that was not secured under the new Crome molding that popped out and will eventually pop out again. I had to bring my car back in, I was told the body shop people would stay there till five, I got there at four and nobody was there to fix it however they were able to tuck it back in. I’m sure it will pop out again and I’ll have to bring my car back and leave it for a few hours so they can fix it properly. My expectation is that I will be given a courtesy car. After it gets completed properly hopefully I can give you a better rating.
