I found a new scratch on the driver's side door after I picked my car back. I believe when we looked at the car, the scratch was not there during the estimate.The representative who handed over my car did not check the whole car with me on last Saturday, so I am not sure whether this was caused by the repair process or not. It is a small, around 1cm x 0.2cm rectangle scratch, and it's quite deep. Please let me konw if you can provide a possible solution to this. Thank you!
