We were very happy with communication and the repairs appear to be excellent. The appearance of the vehicle when we picked it up was great! Unfortunately, we kept hearing a noise in the back of our vehicle when we turned corners. It turns out that the jack and all the equipment we used to change our tire was left loose to rattle around. I don't understand why you would put the spare back without taking the time to put back the jack, etc. It is a little thing, but it left the job incomplete.

Give thanks to Tony Martinez and his crew! An outstanding job on keeping me inform, listening to all my questions, and above all taking care of my car by checking every detail! After my car was received I went back on 8/18 for some questions I had, Tony stop what he was doing and helped me on the apot...THAT MEANT A LOT TO ME.... THANK YOU!
