Troy has been very kind and helpful. There are some adjustments that need to be made to the hood and during this time I had to have a surgery. He was exceptionally helpful in working with me to get everything taken care of. Customer service and just being kind is such a lost art these days. He helped make a difficult time a little easier for me.
