I came in for an estimate on an issue which turned out to be a bent knuckle. I was informed of the price and what it would take to align and correct the knuckle issue. II told the gentleman to hold off on the repair. And was under the impression that this meant nothing done. However when I picked up my vehicle I was charged for an alignment.

Still think the paint on bumper and fender could have been better matched, fender on right side had been painted before by Davis on SE 29 th earlier and it didn't match the rest of car either, not convinced that bumper paint never matches rest of car, I have observed others and paint on plastic bumpers match

I really enjoyed getting the update emails about the progress being made! Both times I called Ashton was very friendly on the phone! I would recommend getting a double checked pick up address for the wrecker service because he showed up at my home address, not where the wrecked car was. But it was not a big deal, he just followed me to the car and let me get my things out of it! And thank you for talking me through the repair and letting me know that every thing was as good as new! I really appreciate the sparkling customer service I received! Thank you to all involved!
