My ONLY recommendation for improvement is to include a list of parts to be repaired/replaced on the webpage that showed me repair costs. When the 1st went up, I'd get a notification--but i wouldn't know why. Of course, I cross-referenced with my insurance and got answers. But I know not everyone has the same insurance as me, so they may not be able to check part replacement updates.

The claim was to repair the rear passenger body damages. But, the vehicle was cleaned inside when I picked it up after the repair. This company knows the values of their customers. I highly recommend them to those who need vehicle body repair.
