We received misinformation all throughout. The team wouldn’t come to the phone when I requested updates or inquired about a mistake they made in parts ordering that delayed the completion of my car for 2 weeks.

The repair took more than 20 days longer than it was originally estimated. The bumper on the right side isn’t seated correctly so there’s a strange lip that wasn’t there prior.

After being told my car would be done on July 5. I had to keep requesting updates five, 10, 15 days after. Customer service seemed unconcerned that my car was promised on the fifth, but I didn’t get it back until after the 20th.
