Back in January when repairs were done I gave high praise. Now not so sure.

Missed some things I mentioned prior to repair but it was taken care of after pointing out at pick up.

No communication. I had to call for status. Car went in on Monday was told will be done that Friday. When called was told due to power outages they were behind. No one called to say there is a delay. Then told my car would be done by following Friday, again no info received until I called. Then told with no explanation would be done the next Monday. Now 2weeks gone by Called Monday told Car would be ready at 5. Got there at 430 they close at 5 waited there until 6:05 Car was finally done. Again not one person from shop called me or text with updates. Customer service needs to improve.
