Hi! I'm Russell Kent, the Body Shop Manager here at DCH Paramus Honda. I've been in the auto field for 19 years and have worked for dealerships and the Allstate insurance company, so I know my way around the insurance company's side of the process as well. I understand that needing my services is never a pleasant experience, however I will do everything I can to make is as easy as possible on you. I can walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have whether you are paying out of pocket or going through the insurance carrier. We deal with all insurance companies to get your vehicle repaired properly. We take care of everything from dents and dings to heavy collision work.
