No question on AAA service here but i was dissapointed with follow up from them when i called and also emailed. Thank goodness for Delaveaga as they were totally on it and answered all my questions

The service was great and fast, the only complain I have are it needs a better communication from the receptionist. I took my car for the estimate and the girl didn't completed it till a week later, I had to call and make sure because she said she would do it within a day and forgot. Then when I went to drop off my car for repair, the girl in the front did not communicate well at all about the rental I had scheduled.

I was satisfied, the car was not painted and damage still showed when I went to pick up the car on Monday. The office personnel concurred that it was not done well. They kept it for one more day and completed the work. Overall a good company

Overall the BODY work was fine. The car was returned in okay condition. There was various new minor scratches and I little paint chip that was not previously there.

The overall look is fine. But my wheel still is NONSTOP making a squeaking sound/ noise. This noise did not happen before the crash.

There was little communication. I would call the front desk and they would say they would call me back but they wouldn’t. I had to call to ask if my car was ready bc the person that was in charge of my case said they would call me and the day came and went and they never called me.
