Not a bad thing to say. Car looks perfect. They worked with my insurance company perfectly. They communicated with me frequently. They seemed pleased to have my business and were polite at every step of way. Even fixed an issue with my door for me that was unrelated to the accident that would have. pay me a lot of money elsewhere. This place is as good as it gets imo.

Prompt, courteous professional service. Things happened when they said they would, the repairs were perfect, the car came back cleaner than when I left it. A 10 star plus rating from my end. I would absolutely recommend Kraft to anyone.

I had a great experience with this body shop getting my car repaired. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful, professional, and communicative throughout the repair. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely seamless. The car looks great, and I really appreciate how easy they made everything. I would definitely recommend them!

I am very happy with the repairs made and working with Dave who was always responsive. I was disappointed that the damage on the back bumper was not going to be covered by Tesla insurance. I am still fighting with Tesla to get that covered! A few days ago, I filed a police report requesting the accident report. That might help with Tesla insurance.
