I am extremely satisfied with my 2019 Rav 4. The damaged front, sides and hood, were replaced and the and the rest of the car was cleaned and treated to match the replaced parts making it look new. Communication was excellent. They were friendly, honest, and efficient. I received many notices informing me about the stages of repair. I would recommend them to family, friends and anyone that is in need of high quality and professional auto repairs.

Great communication. I can’t tell there was ever any damage. The accident happened during my relocation to Santa Cruz. They were kind enough to hold my car for me for two weeks while I finished my move from Washington State. I would take all my vehicles to Jerry Graham Auto Body if anything should happen to my vehicles in the future.

Great experience with Jerry Graham Auto Body! So pleased that you were the Tesla approved body shop that my car insurance company contracts with! It was seamless and we were very happy that our car was repaired and good as new in 2 weeks with all Tesla genuine parts/ paint etc.! We appreciated the updates along the way as well!
