EXCELLENT service from beginning to end! So helpful with all arrangements with insurance, rental car, repair of car. And when I picked up my car, it was so clean, inside and out, it looked like a new car! And the kind staff gave me a ride to pick up rental car when my pick up was running late. Everyone was so nice. Thoroughly impressed and very highly recommend!

I can't recommend this shop enough! After my Toyota RAV4 was involved in a hit-and-run and needed a new bumper, I was so nervous - especially since it was my first insurance claim with Progressive after being with USAA for years. From start to finish, Elisa Hernandez and Dennis Rush made the entire process completely seamless. They were incredibly kind, honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. They took the stress out of the situation and kept me informed every step of the way. What I loved most is that they have the personal, caring feel of a family-owned mom-and-pop shop, while also being as efficient, organized, and accessible as a much larger collision center. It's the best of both worlds. The location is convenient, the customer service is exceptional, and the quality of the repair was outstanding. My RAV4 looks brand new again! My 2018 BW Passat had very significant rear end damage. The crew at Jerry Graham Auto Body (Soquel Avenue) did a great job repairing the damage, and then thoroughly cleaning and detailing my car. When I picked it up yesterday, it looked like it had never been in an accident, and looked the same as the day I bought it new. I would definitely recommend the team at Jerry Graham Soquel Avenue.
