I sent a email to you Tuesday regarding my 2020 Lincoln MKZ, which I collected Monday following the completion of repairs to the driver's side. Upon a more thorough inspection of the vehicle last night and this morning, I have identified two concerns that require your attention. Firstly, regarding the driver's side wheel rim, it appears that the repair or finishing process was not fully completed in one specific area. While I assume paintwork was involved, there is a discernible section of the rim where the application or treatment seems to be unfinished, presenting a noticeable inconsistency. Secondly, I discovered an unidentified cover or component situated on the vehicle's floorboard today. I am currently unable to determine its proper placement or intended function within the vehicle. For your immediate reference, I have attached a photograph and a brief video clip to visually illustrate the incomplete finish on the rim. Please accept my apologies for not including an image of the loose cover at this time; I will ensure a photograph is taken and promptly sent to you as soon as I return to my vehicle. I would be grateful if you could review these observations and provide guidance on the necessary steps to resolve these outstanding issues. I have yet to hear back from anyone.

I am highly impressed with the team at Carolina Collision Center in Kinston. Jonathan and Amanda provided EXCELLENT customer service. The technicians did a great job on my repairs. I live an hour away, but they will be my first call should I need help again!

Excellent customer service and I enjoyed the incredible hospitality shown by the front desk representative. I cannot remember her name but she’s a gem to have at the establishment. The work completed was amazing it looked as if nothing ever happened to the vehicle. Overall satisfaction
