We dropped the car off the Monday evening of the week of Thanksgiving as requested. We were disappointed to find that it was 7 days later before the repair work began. Jodi was excellent to work with on the Monday after Thanksgiving and really turned the situation around. Excellent communication from her and she really saved the entire situation; always kept her promises through out the process!

Took to long honestly because hyundai kept sending the wrong bumper but overall work on my car was amazing and whoever did the paint job did splendid and matched the rest of the car to a T.

never got a personal call explaining the extent of damage abd the plan to repair. front staff were superlative. work looks excellent. text messaging was a bit annoying and not accurate about completion date. i was an out of state road victim. the team did well.
