There is parts missing on my truck, running board on passenger side..bumper not level 1/2 in low on driver side...and the rubber that surrounded the dampers in front of radiator is loose on sides and hanging down under truck...definitely getting it back to deacon jone to fix in the AM

Quality work very satisfied with the way it looked.Was updated on progress of work being performed.Car was clean when I got it back was not expecting that .Work was finished before date told. I have no complaints and please tell your guys in body shop keep up the good work. I think they need to hear when customers are satisfied .

Sensors were not fixed and no attempt to get them fixed was made. Now my vehicle is at Deacon Jones Ford on McLain St. having to be diagnosed to prove that the car accident it was involved in caused the sensors to come on. Once again, I'm inconvenienced and no one seems to care
