The process of getting my truck repaired was smooth and easy. The Deacon Jones team also did a great job coordinating with my insurance adjustor without my having to be a constant intermediary, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend Deacon Jones!

Body work and paint look good. There is overspray on drivers side rear window and door. Left turning full lock I can hear the tire hitting the wheel well or something. Definitely needs to be checked out better.

I would recommend this shop. I did feel, the second time around, that i was annoying to the shop but no one actually expressed that. That was just my feeling.

I was pretty satisfied with the service. Katie and Shawn were very nice. I’m giving an 8 instead of a 10 bc there was a lingering issue that wasn’t identified until I got it home and then I had to bring it back.
