Very happy with everything other than it should have been done Wednesday, November 26. Because it wasn’t, for what I feel was a poor excuse, I had to wait 5 days to get it because they were closed that Thursday through Sunday. Therefore, I had my rental for 5 additional days, costing me $40 ( Enterprise was charging me $8/day for a rental upgrade that I wanted, but declined when I heard it cost $8/day over what my insurance would pay).
