The young lady who greeted me when dropping off my truck and when I picked it up, I apologize for not remembering her name, was the.best person I could have ever hoped to encounter in this process. She was more than 5 star amazing in her customer service skills and went way beyond expectations to assist me in wrangling up the rental car. Otherwise it would have been a long cold 10 mile walk home. And now for the rest of the story, I received 2 text updates during the 10 days my truck was in your services. I understand that Progressive is the one financially responsible, but it would have been nice to have bee in the loop better. And as for the text on Friday at 4:45 informing me it was ready and you close at 5 pm, bad choice of timing. If you reached out earlier in the day, no problem. 15 minutes before close was a bad timing choice.

Staff were very helpful and thoughtful. I bought Christmas gift and hide it in my car and forgot about it. The staff at Deano were so thoughtful they checked it and see christmas presents in there and made sure to call me to get it on the 22nd. My kids would of went without some presents if they hadn't called me.
