The reason for my low score is due to the overall way this repair was handled. What was to be a 3 to 5 day repair turned out to be 16 days. I dropped my car off on the 16th of November and rented a car based on the 3 to 5 days. I could of brought my vehicle in a week earlier based on Deanos saying that would work however you scheduler was more comfortable with the 16th. I was told I would get updates as the work progressed. I got a call the third day saying the replacement door wasn’t at your facility and would likely not be on hand till the next week. So why would you schedule the work with not having the parts as promised? So the update in I was given was to Hope the work would be done by Monday the 30th. I was out of town but came back on Sunday anticipating the next day pickup. The text updates indicated that would be an ok timeframe. I called the Monday and was told the car was just going in for paint that morning and maybe done that day but then maybe not. It was done for Mid day Tuesday. I picked it up the Tuesday...paperwork wasn’t complete had the wrong deductible stated handed the keys over and that was it. No ‘let’s go check it out’ with anyone at your facility. My car rental cost ended up a 16 day payout. I was ok with the 3 to 5 days in your shop.but not the 16 days. Makes me wonder what if I had brought it in the week earlier? The repair work looks ok. I haven’t used Deanos for a long time which is a good thing I guess however the way this repair job was handled is not the kind of service I experienced in the past and will likely explore other options if needing work in the future.
