I was originally told that my repair would be a 4 day repair. It was there for 1 week and 4 days. I had to call to follow up and inquire about its status. When I picked it up the guy drove it to the door and just walked away. He did not review the repair or have me take a look at the door. I thought this may have been a normal thing to do. Generally I am sure the repair is fine but the customer service at Deano's does not deserve a good grade. I would give them a C- at best.

I had previously sent this feedback - I scheduled a 4 day repair (that is what I was told) and it took more than double that. I was the one who had to make contact to check in on progress. I also was surprised when the guy drove my truck to the front door hopped out and left me standing. No quick review of the repair or look at my truck. Repair was fine - customer service was very poor to say the least. I will not recommend your shop.
