The process was pretty smooth from start to finish. Your people made arrangements for me to be picked up at the time I dropped off my vehicle, the rental car process went good as well. They even gave me a good deal on a fun car to drive while mine was being repaired. It was done in a timely fashion, and the work looks great. I do have to say I was a tad bit disappointed that they didn’t do any of the touch ups or buff outs that the intake person said could be done on some very small paint chips. These probably weren’t all from the accident, but I guess I got excited with the prospect of them being “touched up”. I also told them that my car was doing a little shimmy or wobble thing, they said it was most likely my tires. I didn’t feel it the first time I drove it but have felt it a couple times since then. Who knows... I was referred to you by a friend, and I think I made a good choice! Thanks again!!
