My car took one whole extra week to be fixed than expected but I was just really disappointed in the lack of communication and updates. I never received one update that 3rd week. I had to call on Thursday to find out the status of my car I was told that Kelly was going to return my call by noon on Friday the 17th with an update and never heard anything. I also had to call on Thursday of my 2nd week to find out the status of my car because I was told it was going to be done the next day. It bothers me that I am the one that always had to call Deano's for a status on my car.

The whole process was disappointing, specifically the timeline. The original attraction to Delano’s was the loaner car option. The length of time to get the project scheduled, promised a loaner which wasn’t available at the time of service. 15 business days to replace a door. I could go on and on but bottom line is I will never do business with this organization . Nor will I recommend them.
