There was no communication between the original estimate and the insurance adjusters discussions regarding the quarter panel. I was completely surprised when I picked the car up. I don’t necessarily disagree with the decision. It was made. It was the lack of communication and the surprise factor.

I would have appreciated a phone call back in February letting me know that the door had not been ordered. I would not be there in time. My insurance company paid for a rental for two weeks and at the end of that two weeks I ended up picking my car up because it had not been touched. They really need to work on their communication. I would've appreciated knowing when I dropped my car off that the door had not even been ordered yet. Would've saved us all a lot of hassle.
