Customer Satisfaction is everything in the Service Industry, their level of service was mediocre at best. I hope this review allows them to see where they are lacking and improve to better serve its clients.

The body work & paint performed is ok. When the original attempted to handoff the "completed" work there were numerous imperfections easily noticeable in the paint.

When I brought my vehicle in during its original appointment (on Thursday), I was told the work would take 3 days and that I could pick it up on the coming Monday - it wasn't ready. My vehicle wasn't returned to me until Thursday, a whole week just to paint bumper. When I discovered issues with the paint work performed the owner was reluctant to provide any concessions, telling me that it would take another couple of days to fix their shoddy work. From the start of the first delay, I impressed upon them that this is impacting my work and stressed this again during the conversation about the shoddy work, luckily the paint technician was involved in the conversation and obliged to fix the issues and have the car ready in a day. (A full week)
