Excessive work scope for the damage. Way more expensive than it needed to be. Disappointing, as I've always trusted Dee Gainey in the past. Business is changing I guess. Sorry to hear that.

The staff was great. Very friendly and professional. I did, however, receive some conflicting information when I first dropped my car off. Dee told me that OEM parts for my car would be $800, and they ended up costing me only $100, which is GREAT, but it was confusing.
