Unfortunately due to the fact that the repair wasn't done correctly I currently cannot recommend the shop. If the repair is fixed properly I may amend this but for now I would not recommend the shop.

While the shop worked hard to get the parts needed (some had to be overnighted) to ensure I got my car back quickly (I don't live in Charlotte, I was there for a week for school) the repair was done poorly. The new panel isn't aligned properly on the door, to the car, or to the door handle. Because of this mis-alignment the door does not fully seal when closed and the wind is very audible while driving. I didn't realize this until I was driving home to DC and unfortunately I wasn't able to return to Charlotte and get it fixed. I have contacted the body shop and they have agreed to fix it for free when I'm back in town however I will have to drive it like this for the next 5 months.
