Chris Heck was extremely helpful and patient. The repair turn around time was phenomenal compared to other repair shops. I LOVED getting text updates instead of phone calls, as the updates often came during business hours and calls would’ve interfered with my work day. Most of my experience was great. However; there was a female front desk attendant , Caucasian female with long dark hair and heavy makeup, that was very off putting. Often times not speaking or acknowledging the interaction taking place between us other than short gruff instructions to sign here, you’ll get a copy, etc. She did not make eye contact when speaking or when I asked her a question. I’m not 100% certain but I don’t recall that she even greeted me when I arrived. She seems very bothered by the presence of a customer and perhaps would be better suited to a position that doesn’t require her to interact with the public.
