There was a communication problem between the insurance company & DeHaven. To my surprise, Jessica asked me to pay the bill in full. Insurance was to pay direct. Jessica looked on system & said ins co had mailed me a check. I called my agent but she couldn’t verify. I called my wife at home who checked today’s mail. No check. My agent said corporate was to be contacting me. I went ahead and paid in full. The repair looked great but I presumed the entire vehicle would have been washed. I failed to ask about vehicle washing. The customer service was very good. Also worked with Chris on an out-of-pocket repair. He missed his follow up call to me. I checked in with him the next day. He gave me a couple options. When I picked up the vehicle this afternoon, he provided a name & number of a guy who helps them out. This was an overall pleasant surprise experience. I jokingly said to Jessica that “I hope not to see you again!”
