They even took the initiative to check my rental back in, saving me the hassle of additional travel. The service was swift and efficient, and my car looked brand new again. Crystal was amazing with her customer service skills! So pleasant, so accommodating, great communications (text & phone). She made the repair process so easy and seamless with State Farm and Enterprise. What a gem! The body work itself was incredible too. My 10-year-old Toyota Sienna minivan looks brand new! It is jaw dropping. And the work was done 11 or 12 days early! Hands down the BEST experience I have had with a body shop or auto shop in my life. Thank you!!
