During first visit / estimate put in writing. I was told 10-12 days - so I scheduled my drop off accordingly. I had a rental car and a business trip. I received an email 5 days after drop off that my car was close to completion…. However I was 4 states away… and a holiday weekend ..bottom line State Farm would not cover my rental for the last 4 days…my hands were tied. If I knew it would be completed in 5-7 days I would have scheduled my drop off date differently and saved $150. ☹️

The front left tire that was replaced has been leaking air, I’m not sure if that was checked before putting it on, but I feel like it should’ve been. I am missing part of the rim also on the replaced wheel. The car is still not driving properly, I can tell the alignment is completely off.

Even though I'm super busy now I'll leave a comment and find out if my complete satisfaction is really important. I am BEYOND DISSATISFIED. 1. Two weeks before starting on my car and I have difficulty accepting the reason for that. 2. Car returned with some sort of tar on the hood, and I have difficulty believing that it was there before. 3. My mechanic showed very little professionalism or customer service skills. THE NUMBER 2 REASON COULD INSPIRE ME TO TALK TO MY LAW FIRM THAT I HAVE ON RETAINER.

I have already stated it numerous times. 1. I had to wait two weeks before the car was officially started on and n parts ordered for reasons that I am unable to buy. 2. There is tar on my hood for reasons that I am unable to buy. The tar was not there when I gave the car to you!
