It far exceeded my expectations! I was walked through the process, including the insurance assignment and car rental details as well as the work that would be performed on my car. It was done in a day and I was prepared for it to take a couple of weeks - not knowing how long it would be to get the parts, etc. My car was waiting for me repaired and cleaned - like a brand new 2019 Subaru. I am genuinely grateful and impressed.

The fit of the parts was off and was presented to me as done. There are tool marks and hand prints in the work site. While the handprints are minor, the tool marks scrape to the metal amd I fear will be a site for rust.
