My Customer service Representative was fantastic. Her attention to my needs and preferences communicated that I was in a space where I mattered. I have used this company for all of my auto body work since the early 2010s. I have literally never been disappointed once. I had a great feeling about this shop even before I contracted them. It’s clean, organized, they clearly move through a TON of jobs so I assumed they were efficient and popular. Their communication is excellent, personable, and informative. Work was done to the minute as promised (a little early really.) They walked me through the process and I’m just glad that they’re a Progressive endorsed provider. Kudos to Tyler and the front office team. I wish I could have watched all of the repair to learn more about the process because I find automotive repair to be a noble and artful trade. Wish I could do more myself - but I greatly respect the pros who have dedicated their lives to keeping cars on the road and out of the junk yards. Thanks !

Paint looks great. There’s a noticeable difference in the two sides where the bumper and body joint is - but that’s understandable because the bumper was repaired rather than replaced as discussed. I appreciated the car being cleaned up and washed prior to delivery
