My first call from Crystal to repair my Ford Edge was courteous and professional. She worked through my personal problem and made it her own. She had a solution for having my car repaired because I was unable to deliver it. She came to my house with a driver and picked it up with paperwork in hand for me to sign. She was compassionate about my injury and worked with me to get my car repaired while I was physically unable to drive. She called and shared the repair bill and the deductible, then offered to deliver the vehicle after the repair work was completed. Friday when I arrived at Collision to drive the car home, she asked me to call her when I arrived home. Truly concerned about my safety! My 2016 Edge is shiny clean and looking like a “new SUV!” Thank you for exemplary service from pickup in April to delivery in May!! Superb staff!! I am very pleased client!! 👏🏽💯👍🏽

I had a wonderful experience with the representatives at the Dekalb Collision Center. Crystal and the staff came to my house and pick up my SUV to take it to be repaired when she found out that I had foot surgery and could not drive. She talked with me each day to see how I was physically doing and to give me an update on the SUV repairs. She also gave me an update on the cost and when I could pick up SUV. Crystal offered to bring my SUV to my home and that was above and beyond what I expected from your service! Overall, I had superb service and the staff has a very compassionate spirit. My SUV was in top-notch condition inside and out. I would recommend Dekalb Collision Center to anyone who has had car damage.

The only concern is that the day I dropped the vehicle off with the tow truck , instead of the receptionist politely asking the driver if she could be if assistance , she was a little rude in rushing out to him and say you can’t leave that here , before giving him a chance to explain the the owner ( me was coming across the lot and indeed had an appointment . Next time kindly ask if you can be of assistance and then explain a drop off policy ( which did not apply to us ). Otherwise I appreciate the updates and the courtesy of my adjuster or rep. Thank you

I guess the delay in receiving parts were out of your control. But the service was great . One minor concern : on the day I dropped off the vehicle , a female was a little rude to the tow driver . He pulled in and she came out and rudely told him he couldn’t leave the car. Had she asked “ May I help you “ she would have discovered I had 8 :0clock appointment and was pulling in behind him . First impressions are lasting

I was totally satisfied with the reassembly and paint job on my Dodge ram, but when I open my hood up, I saw that the air intake vent was not stabilize. It looks as though two of the clamps are broken but other than that, I’m satisfied.
