Great customer service. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. They kept me abreast of my vehicles status and I was able to leave my rental there when I came to pick up my vehicle which was the icing on the cake.

Even though there were inadequacy, you are far better than others and far more reliable. Industry standards are NOT a good enough mark. You can do better. I will recommend your shop

My Vehicle was handed over to you with a warnign light on "Alignment" / "Traction". I GAVE specific instructions as to that too. But when the car was given back, the alignment issue was still there. I managed to get it aligned after driving is all together is a different issue. I feel, there waqs definitely poor on your side. In addition, almost a week after taking in my car, I got a call that you have NOT yet ordered the Bumper. the bumper came after that . May be the Process of orderign parts was a one time mistake. But still it was a mistake that should ahve been avoided. There is a dent and the trim on the door had come loose . Bith the @ issues were not there wnen I gave the car
