My car makes a sound when after I put it.in park and engage the safety brake. It makes this grinding noise when I get out of the car and I only weigh 125 lbs. Also, there is a growling sound when I drive 35-50 mph from the engine.

I'm satisfied with the repairs completed to my vehicle. However I'm not as pleased with the customer service. There were occurrences where I was left with am associate and I was confused about the repairs applied and didn't have an understanding of the process of the repairs. Also there were screws left in my vehicle and one of them had lodged itself in the seat tray which prohibited me from putting the seat back all the way. Left over car parts show uld not be kept in a vehicle for cases like such to occur. There was one associate which was very knowledgeable and outstanding while providing customer care but I can't speak the same for the others I interacted with.
