This was my first time dealing with a collision center. While looking for guidance, a friend told me to speak with Deandra. She knows her stuff. So I did. Deandra took the time to look at the accident and answer every single question I had. I went to a few others and neither gave me good vibes. I'm glad I selected this collision center. Even when the insurance wasn't helping me with a rental, Deandra got on the phone and helped me. She also ensured to stay in schedule. Even when something didn't go right, they went ahead and made the correction. My overall experience was great.
