The repair was done promptly, looks great, and I was delighted to find the car had been cleaned inside as well. They even got the parts so I could bring the car in and *maybe* have it completed before the weekend. It was! So conscientious. I really appreciated that the quote included a worst case scenario so I could let the guy who hit me know in advance. I had terrific experience with them and they were recommended by my dealer so I felt confident from beginning to end.

Gerard was great. He had all the answers I needed and even called back to let me know some important details that made a difference. He was very conscientious and made extra efforts. The receptionist didn't seem to have the answers I needed and wasn't very helpful over the phone though she was lovely in person.

Not only did you fix the exterior damage, the interior was so clean! That was something extra considering my Great Dane travels with me a lot! He is a mess most days therefore so is my car! It was such a nice treat to see the inside clean as well as the good as new driver’s side exterior!

There is still wind noise while driving that was not there before the accident. The repair and part replacement did not fix it.

Each time I was told I would receive a phone call - when repairs were done on my car and when the ordered part was ready for install. Never received a phone call. I had to call and ask.

Everyone we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The estimator Duane did a great job and was proactive and professional in communicating changes as they came along.
