Alicia and her team know the auto repair business and they do what they say they will do. Moreover, Alicia stays in touch as your car is being repaired, letting you know what’s going on, apprising you of anything unexpected, etc. I also think their pricing is fair.

The only negative was not being told ahead of time that payment, unless a cashiers check, incurred a 3% fee. Would have liked to have known. Otherwise , the body work and the office staff were outstanding
